3. Submit your order and make payment: We will calculate a discounted price for you based on your needs.
4. Confirm order details: We will confirm the specific details of the model with you, such as its style, size, and patterns.
5. Model making and shipping: After confirming the details, we will begin making the 3D model, followed by hand-sanding and painting. To ensure perfect details, this process usually takes 1-2 weeks.Once the product is finished, we will confirm the product details with you.Once everything is ready, your order will be airfreighted to your country and delivered by a courier company.

Customization Guide +
– Custom model based on photos or videos: Please provide at least two photos or videos of the person/pet you wish to customize, preferably clear footage from multiple angles, to ensure the level of detail and similarity of the customization.
– If you do not have photos or videos, please describe the product to us in as much detail as possible to ensure that the customized model meets your expectations.
– You can choose the style of the model: realistic, humorous, cartoonish, whatever you want.
– Your products are all modeled, polished, and colored by hand. Therefore, if the pattern or shape of the clothing is too complicated, we may not be able to reproduce it 100%. Please understand!.
– Of course, if you want to make some other changes to the model, such as changing its clothes or hairstyle, we will try our best to do so for you!
– If you do not have photos or videos, please describe the product to us in as much detail as possible to ensure that the customized model meets your expectations.

What’s Included? +
We will provide a base for your product free of charge. The base can be customized, but this may incur an additional charge. We also provide free foam and cardboard packaging. Packaging or greeting cards can also be customized, but this may add a small cost.
Shipping, Returns, Warranty +
Shipping: Shipping: Customized products have a production cycle of 7-14 days and are shipped by air express by default. Non-customized products have a production cycle of 2-7 days and can be shipped by air or sea.
Returns: Customized products are refundable before production begins, but not after. We apologize for the inconvenience. Non-customized products are refundable before shipment, but not after shipment.
Warranty: Other: If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, you can apply for a refund; please take a video of the entire unpacking process when you receive the package. If you find the product damaged after signing for it, but there is no unpacking video, we cannot issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
